2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking and making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been received.
All bookings with Aslan Academies are made on a full-term basis.
By completing a booking, parents/guardians agree to secure and pay for the entire term block.
Places are limited and reserved in advance.
For this reason, bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Booking & Payments

Full payment is required prior to the start of term.

A child’s place is not confirmed until payment is received.

Where instalments are offered, all instalments remain payable regardless of attendance.
Failure to make payment may result in:

Immediate suspension from sessions
-
Loss of place
-
Recovery of outstanding fees
4. Refunds
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Illness
-
Injury
-
Holidays
-
Change of mind
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
School trips
-
Partial attendance
-
Withdrawal mid-term
Once a term has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued.
5. Cooling-Off & Cancellation Rights
By booking a place and agreeing to sessions commencing within 14 days of booking, you:

Expressly request the service to begin within the statutory cancellation period; and

Acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once the first session has been attended.
Where booking occurs significantly in advance of term start, cancellation before term begins may be considered at the discretion of Aslan Academies and may incur an administrative fee.
6. Cancellation by Aslan Academies
If Aslan Academies cancels a session due to:

Staff illness
-
Venue closure
-
Severe weather
-
Circumstances beyond our control
We may, at our discretion:

Offer a replacement session at the school; or
-
Alternative session provided outside of the school
Cash refunds will not be issued unless legally required.
7. School Closures & External Factors
No refunds or credits will be issued for:

School closure days
-
Strike days
-
Inset days
-
School timetable changes
-
Government restrictions
-
Force majeure events
Where feasible, alternative provision may be offered.
8. Behaviour & Removal from Club
Children must behave safely and respectfully.
Aslan Academies reserves the right to remove a child from sessions if behaviour:

Compromises safety
-
Disrupts learning
-
Fails to improve following warning
Removal from sessions due to behaviour will not result in a refund.
9. Medical Information
Parents must provide accurate medical information.
Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in removal from sessions without refund.
10. Late Collection
Children must be collected promptly. If parents are late to pick up, they need to try inform the academy. If parents are consistently late it may result in the following:

Late collection fees apply at:

£10 per 10 minutes.

Persistent late collection may result in removal without refund.
11. Liability
Aslan Academies holds appropriate insurance.
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk.
We are not responsible for:

Minor injuries arising from normal participation
-
Loss or damage to personal property
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Failed Payments & Debt Recovery
Where payments fail:

A £5 failed transaction fee may apply per failed attempt.
-
Outstanding balances remain payable.
-
We reserve the right to pursue unpaid fees through third-party recovery services.
All recovery costs may be added to the outstanding balance.
13. Amendments
Aslan Academies reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
